At a Vanity Fair Party, it was Emmy Rossum’s aqua Jenny Packham dress that inspired her makeup artist, Amy Nadine to choose a pop of lip color, “We knew we wanted the makeup to be fun and Tropicana inspired, but still wearable and pretty.” Nadine says anyone can do a bright lip, “as long as you keep the rest of your features understated and natural.” She lined Rossum’s entire mouth with an orange liner and then layered a creamy tangerine shade on top.
