Perfect Black Eyeliner

At the Paris premiere of Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Salma Hayek lined her lids with soft smudgy black liner, which defined her eyes without looking too harsh. Next, tug on the top lid before gliding the pencil across in two short strokes: One from the inside and one from the outer corner. Take an angled shadow brush to gently smudge.
