Simple Path to Treat Dandruff

Simple Ways To Treat Dandruff
Eat right: You might be told to do that for all sorts of things, but really, it is the basic prerequisite for overall good health. Have lots of zinc, Omega-3 fatty acids, E and B vitamins, and avoid yeast and sugar.
Oiling is the next basic step to healthy hair. Your grandmother was right – regular tel maalish does lead to healthy, dandruff-free hair. Leave the oil in for a while, don’t wash it off immediately.
Excessive use of hairstyling products like hairspray, mousse, gels contain ingredients that might make the scalp dry, causing flaking and itching.

How to Pick The Right Hair Colour

Choose the correct shade
If you have warm skin, opt for golden shades such as caramel and bronze in a darker shade than your skin. Avoid jet-black hair which will give you a washed out look and if you do opt for a golden shade, don’t go too light or your hair could turn orange. If you have cool shade, avoid colours that will highlight the ruddiness of your skin tone: Gold, auburn and copper. Ash blondes and cool browns work best.

Pick The Right Hair Colour
How to tell if you’d make a great blonde
A basic thumb rule is that people who had blonde hair as children have the right skin tone to be blonde adults.

Plum Eyeshadow

If a smoky eye in inky black is too severe for you, try to create the look in a color. Mila Kunis got it right with a smoldering shade of plum at St. Jude’s 50th anniversary gala in Beverly Hills. The look worked especially well with her deep purple lace dress. Start with a silvery layer of lavender dabbed along the top and bottom lashlines. Then top it off with the darker tone of shadow and a liner over the water line. Try a smoky gray eye with a platinum dress or a matching navy eye and gown on your next big night.

Navy Eyeliner

At the 17th Annual Critics Choice Awards in Los Angeles, Emma Stone's shimmery blue eyeliner, courtesy of makeup artist Rachel Goodwin, caught our attention. "Navy-lined eyes are an easy way to baby step into the world of color," Goodwin told us. "I used a metallic blue for a more glamorous effect." In the same way a chambray shirt and a pair of jeans will work with almost anything, blue eyeliner can be an unexpected neutral in your makeup bag. Goodwin notes that keeping the rest of your makeup low-key will prevent the pop of color from feeling dated.

Shapely Eye Shadow

Harsh lines are usually a no-no when it comes to eye shadow, but Ashanti's bold blue look has us reconsidering. At the grand reopening of Jay-Z's 40/40 club, the singer rocked a shimmery cerulean shadow with winged out liner. We love how the color gives off an unexpected edge without being reminiscent of the '80s. When creating a graphic look like Ashanti's eye shadow primer is key. Smooth on the primer beforehand so that the bold color has something to grip onto, and keep the rest of your makeup light so your eyes can take center stage.

Beauty Advice 21

To minimize your makeup bag, pack only the essentials: moisturizer for luminous skin, rehydrating elixir to refresh your makeup, powder to de-shine your T-zone, an eyeshadow palette, lipstick, and mascara.

Perfect Black Eyeliner

At the Paris premiere of Tinker Tailor Soldier SpySalma Hayek lined her lids with soft smudgy black liner, which defined her eyes without looking too harsh. For best results, try a thin waxy pencil and start on the bottom, inside the waterline. Next, tug on the top lid before gliding the pencil across in two short strokes: One from the inside and one from the outer corner. Take an angled shadow brush to gently smudge. Finish with a wash of taupe—like Salma—inside the crease for a glamorous wintry look.
